Our jewelry is made with the help of an Asian production partner. Depending on the inventory, we ship from one of three warehouses in France, Asia or the USA. A large part of our range is sent directly from China, where the return must also be made. By purchasing from Yon & Ole, you agree to this.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 9-15 business days from the time of order placement. Yon & Ole does not charge shipping costs. Shipping does not include tracking information to customers. However, we usually receive information when there are problems with the delivery. We will then inform you about this. Yon & Ole is not liable for shipments that could not be delivered according to the tracking report. If this is the case, you can find this information explicitly in the tracking report. We will present this information to you. We are not responsible for any error made by the deliverer or the post office. Return & Refunds

Before the jewelry is shipped, it is checked and carefully and beautifully packaged. Shipping is free. If the shipment is lost in transit, we will cover the cost. This means that the tracking report stopped before the delivery attempt can be made. We also cover the cost, if the jewelry is damaged during transport. The situation is different with the return. Here the buyer bears the effort, costs and risk. Please contact us after receiving the jewelry if you want to arrange a return.The Jewelry must be sent in its original condition, well packaged, via registered airmail with tracking. Upon receipt, the jewelry will be checked and if it is in good condition, a refund will be given. Please note the fourteen-day return period.
