Shipping Policy

The shipping time is 9–14 business days from the time the order is placed, and Yon & Ole does not charge for shipping. You will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s arrival; please note, the tracking link is only available in your Yon & Ole account. Yon & Ole is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered according to the tracking report. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and includes both a first and last name. Also, make sure that the shipment can be left in a safe place if you are not present.
