Shipping Policy

The shipping time is 9 to 12 business days, calculated from the moment the order is placed. Yon & Ole does not charge for shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link that allows you to monitor the shipping status. Please note that Yon & Ole is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered as indicated by the tracking report. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete delivery address that includes both a first and last name. Also, make sure that the shipment can be left in a safe place in case you are not home. We do not accept post office boxes.
