Return and Refund Policy
Each piece of jewelry is inspected and carefully packaged before shipping. Shipping is free, and you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order’s delivery. Please note: The tracking link is only available in your Yon & Ole account. If the package is lost in transit, we will cover all costs. This applies if the tracking report ends before a delivery attempt could be made. We also cover all costs if the jewelry is damaged during transit.
Returns: The buyer is responsible for the effort, cost, and risk associated with returns. If you wish to arrange a return, please contact us upon receipt of the jewelry. The item must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged via registered airmail with tracking. Once we receive the jewelry, we will inspect it. If it is in good condition, we will issue a refund. Please note that we offer a 14-day return policy.
Returns are not accepted for the following items:
i. Earrings with pins or threaders (for hygiene reasons).
ii. Jewelry purchased at a reduced price (discounted items).
