Our jewelry is made with the help of an Asian production partner. Depending on the inventory, we ship from one of three warehouses in France, Asia or the USA. A large part of our range is sent directly from China, where the return must also be made. By purchasing from Yon & Ole, you agree to this.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 9-15 business days from the time of order placement. Yon & Ole does not charge shipping costs. Shipping does not include tracking information to customers. However, we usually receive information when there are problems with the delivery. We will then inform you about this. We will present this information to you. We are not responsible for any error made by the deliverer or the post office. Return & Refunds
