Is it genuine sterling silver jewelry?

What does 18K gold-plated mean?

The stamp '925' or 'S925' is present on each product, indicating that the item is made of sterling silver.

How do I care for my silver jewelry?

The fantastic thing about sterling silver is, it will not tarnish by wearing it more often. The oil of your skin will help to keep the silver clean and shiny.

Chemicals from lotions, cosmetics, hair spray, hair products as well as perfumes will accelerate tarnishing. Always remove your silver jewelry when doing household, contact with household chemicals, perspiration, rubber, chlorinated water will cause corrosion and tarnish.

Moisture and sunlight both promote silver tarnish, the best place for your silver is out of direct sunlight and away from too much humidity. So do take off your silver jewelry before you go swimming and sun tanning.

Our jewelry is made with the help of an Asian production partner. Depending on the inventory, we ship from one of three warehouses in France, Asia or the USA. A large part of our range is sent directly from China, where the return must also be made. By purchasing from Yon & Ole, you agree to this.

Shipping Policy

Shipping time is 9-15 business days from the time of order placement. Yon & Ole does not charge shipping costs. Shipping does not include tracking information to customers. However, we usually receive information when there are problems with the delivery. We will then inform you about this. Yon & Ole is not liable for shipments that could not be delivered according to the tracking report. If this is the case, you can find this information explicitly in the tracking report. We will present this information to you. We are not responsible for any error made by the deliverer or the post office. Please ensure that the delivery address is complete, including a first and last name, and that the shipment can be left in a safe place if you are not present.

Return & Refunds

Before the jewelry is shipped, it is checked and carefully and beautifully packaged. Shipping is free. If the shipment is lost in transit, we will cover the cost. This means that the tracking report stopped before the delivery attempt can be made. We also cover the cost, if the jewelry is damaged during transport. The situation is different with the return. Here the buyer bears the effort, costs and risk. Please contact us after receiving the jewelry if you want to arrange a return.The Jewelry must be sent in its original condition, well packaged, via registered airmail with tracking. Upon receipt, the jewelry will be checked and if it is in good condition, a refund will be given. Please note the fourteen-day return period.
